Customer Portal Manager

Using an interface, our Customer Portal allows access to the ticketing system (Jira being one example). Further provided are a document and information center as well as a participant list where business cards, for example, can be prepared for download in VCF format.

Ticket management provides a tab based view where tickets are displayed based upon their status. This allows for highly targeted access requests.The document center manages project related documents , for instance contracts or profile data, for you using predefined categories specified by you.

The backend is central to the management of the Customer Portal. It makes possible the setup and administration of projects for which you are responsible, including user administration and related project information pages.

Mobility is today one of the most important considerations for any successful business enterprise. In order to ensure this mobility for our customers we further developed our synappz web framework to „mobilize“ web pages and business processes in conjunction with our mobile framework, mobileappz.

mobileappz is an application framework for mobile appliances, targeted primarily for todays cutting edge Smart phones but also providing workstation functionality.

Our mobile communications solutions focus on a semantic information exchange layer, secure application development, Peer2Peer network communication, the synchronous and asynchronous processing of data and the secure distribution of data, information and knowledge.

An important feature is the interface to the synappz web framework. In addition to the P2P capability provided by mobileappz, mediating servers and integration into existing web based services is also possible.

phoneobserver

PhoneObserver is a mobile application that gives you complete control over your mobile data… any time.

• With the help of Geofencing - using coordinate based borders - you determine what happens to your data in predetermined areas.
• In the event a mobile device is lost or stolen you can identify the actual position of the device and block unintentional or illegitimate device usage. Backing up and/or deleting your mobile content is also possible using a simple web based interface.
• Should someone attempt to change the device SIM card you will be automatically notified, receiving the telephone number of the newly installed SIM card. Whether you choose to remotely disable the device with an SMS or involve the authorities, controls remains with you.
• Manage your mobile device simply and comfortably over a web based interface, view device files and folders online, and establish groupings and security rules with respect to this data.

2gether

2gether combines a classic local contact and group management with new and dynamic social networking features. The current version of together (based on Android) is an effective offline contact manager that allows you to sync contact data with other users online.

But 2gether looks beyond static contact management. 2gether's mapping feature dynamically displays your location, the addresses of your contacts, the current location of other Together users, and much more.
